Frontier Park is a mixed-use development including a Euro Garages servicing area with BP petrol filling station, Starbucks, KFC, Subway and Greggs. It is home to a high specification 112 bedroom Hampton by Hilton hotel and five industrial and warehouse units totalling over 1 million sq ft.

With immediate access to J6 of the M65, the site formerly known as Whitebirk has been a strategic site for the North West for in excess of 15 years. Today Frontier Park is Hyndburn’s & Blackburn’s largest employment/commercial development, creating an estimated 1,990 new jobs for the region.

Power PARK

Nottingham

Lying adjacent to the Boots Campus in Nottingham, this 28-acre site was previously a factory and distribution centre for the UK manufacturing base of Imperial Tobacco.

The scheme is very well located being the closest industrial and logistics development to Nottingham city centre. It also links directly to the A453 dual-carriage way and onward to J24 M1 south and J25 M1 north.

Seven grade A manufacturing/logistics units totaling 426,000 sq/ft and ranging from 30,000 sq/ft to 150,000 sq/ft have been constructed with a BREEAM ‘very good’ classification and EPC ‘A’ rating.

Catalyst is a 19-acre urban logistics development at the heart of the advanced manufacturing district in South Yorkshire. Located off J33 of the M1 and with a total gross internal floor area of 285,000 sq ft, Catalyst is dubbed South Yorkshire’s white-hot industrial, distribution and roadside location.

There has been strong demand for modern, highly specified and sustainable space in Sheffield and Catalyst ticks every box. The development is expected to bring in around 500 jobs when fully occupied.
